The Host (review)

I am going to write a review on the book.
Just MY point of view so not hard feeling yeah?

The book was not as good as I expected it to be.
The story line was really similar to the by Scott Westerfelds.

The plot is like damn freaking similar.
Also starting off with a girl fighting for her life.
But in Uglies, it's the girl who didn't want to tranform into a PRETTY.
Pretties are people who are air headed due to the object inserted in their brains.

In The Host, they get souls inserted into them.
In both stories right, they both lose their own personalities.
So I think it's very similar...

Another one is the part where the humans hid,
In the Uglies series,
They also had a group of remaining humans.
They also hid in a cave like place and planted stuffs.
They ALSO had a guy like Jeg to lead them.

All in all, both books have very similar story line.
Uglies series came out earlier..
Seems that Scott's version is a teeny weeny more interesting.

Whoever who is interested in the UGLIES series,
