Awesome Day with Awesome People

Today totally lifted my mood up after what happened last night. Even though right now, sorry can’t mend what I have done out of anger yesterday, I don’t really think I care enough anymore… Currently listening to Hannah Montana’s Movie Soundtrack and blogging about my day.

Anyways…

Today I attended BUBS’s Youth today! It was fun and pretty amusing. Met this girl name Ailsa. She’s such a comical character. Everything she says is like so animated. She’s so bubbly and bouncy. Melinda conducted the session today. We had talk about what made us angry and happy that week. It was pretty interesting. :)

After that…

Off to One Utama to meet with Briana. We had Mamak in that Mamak Stall next to the smelly drain/river. Finally had my Maggi Mee Goreng after craving for it for super long time. Met up with Briana at TGV. We wanted to watch a Movie. But when we got to GSC, we saw this hilarious sign… I couldn’t help but to take a picture of it.

image
enlarge the sign and you’ll see that it say.
Counter 1 – 5  Transformer II
Counter 6  Other Movie.

Look at that line!! There were no good movies on so we decided to skip it and do something else.

Then…

We were at MPH. I was staring at a book and suddenly someone just covered my eyes from my back. Panicking, I tried to peel the person’s hands off. You will be surprised how strong this girl is… So when she finally let go. I turn around and see Melinda and Briana standing there smiling. My first thoughts were, SHYT! Who is that?! Then I heard the infamous giggle. Turned around and saw Su Zen. =.= Gave me a freaking fright man!

Later on…

Bree had never had Aunty Anne’s in her life so we decided to rid that virginity and went to get some.

Love the Pretzel Dog

We decided to just head over to Pick and Brews and just sit and relax with a drink till we were ready for our Dinner. I love Briana’s camera. It had awesome lighting so I took her camera and started clicking away. =)

The NINE hours were worth it.

We had to wait for Melinda’s mum to pick us up from the New wing Taxi Stand. They were having a MJ tribute there so we found a spot and stood there watching.

image
People signing on the wall.

It was really good. Everyone was screaming and cheering like it was a Live performance though it was just a Music Video but the fans didn’t seem to care at all. Then a guy went up on stage to sing his tribute. His first song was You’re Not Alone.

You’re not alone,
I am here with you.
Though we’re far apart.
You’re always in my heart.

Just the lyrics is enough to make you want to cry. His voice was really good. Then, everyone sang along. I started to tear. The emotion was that strong. At that point, everyone was just so united because of one star. We sang in ONE VOICE. It was a really sensational. I came back and started changed my personal msg to MJ's tribute in One Utama was really AWESOME!

All my friends started to ask me about it. I had like 6 conversation talking about MJ’s tribute in One Utama.

One word.

AWESOME!

Life’s a climb but the view is great.

To a sensational performer, may you rest in peace wherever you are. You will remain in everybody’s heart as the King of Pop forever and always.

Went to Tropicana City Mall with Briana today. She wanted to pick up some party food for her movie night tomorrow so I tagged along. We ended up watching the Hannah Montana Movie. I never thought I would actually find myself watching it, let alone actually enjoying it.

image

The movie was seriously good. Then again, it’s a Disney film. Disney films are always amazing. I am a Disney girl through and through. I cried 4 times during the entire movie. Best part is, the cinema was so new, there were only 8 people in the cinema. Awesome shytz huh?

At one point, I kind of disliked Miley Cyrus Hannah Montana but this movie made me liked her all over again. The songs were great and meaningful. The one she wrote for her dad was the best song throughout the entire show.

No matter what you all think, I think Lucas Till is cute! Especially his sideway grins… super cute when he does that. In Taylor Swift’s MV You Belong With Me, in the end where he pulled out his piece of paper saying I Love You. *melts* If only that actually happened in real life.

The beef tasted great and wasn’t overly cooked that it was rubber-ly. The rice was awesome.

We had lunch in INDULGE. My favorite place to eat in Tropicana City Mall now. Thanks for treating lunch Bree. The food there is awesome and the ambience is not bad. Even though it was lunch set, they really put a lot of effort into making the dish look pretty. That aside, the food was awesome too!

Lalalala~ shopping spree!

Have I told you how much I love supermarkets?

It was a great day just catching up with bree as we have not been talking much lately due to the exams. Had a long talk on our future [college] and studies [SPM].

I came home and straight logged onto Ultimate-guitar.com and learnt up the song The Climb. Despite how much I despised it before but now after watching the movie, the song has such great meaning in it. I still do not like Hannah Montana but I like Miley Cyrus. =)

Daddy has been a good Samaritan today. We were on the way from sending Briana back home. We saw a car in the middle of the road at the roundabout. So my dad asked me to follow him down since they trust you more if you have a kid around kind of thing… They were all ladies in there. Quite dangerous for them to be out here alone at this time of the day not to mention the morale of the world right now.

Daddy got them gas from BHP and gave it to them. The lady paid my dad back though it wasn’t much. It’s so nice to be able to help them out. =)

Hypothecal Theories #1

Why I dislike Biology.

Hmmm, okay let’s just imagine this situation.

Your friend asks you,
So what did you have for lunch?

A normal person would answer, fish.

But then, if you were to answer it like you were answering a Bio question.

You’d have to say,

I had fish which was bought in so and so market situated near so and so building. My mum travelled there in her car and bought the fish for 2 dollars.

and THAT is why I do not like Biology.

Thoughts…

How some things, at that moment, may make you seem like the unluckiest person in the world. When you look back few hours later, few days later or maybe few years later, how minor or even childish it all seemed to you.

How tears may be flowing down your cheeks while you vow never to fall for the same lies again. Like walking out of a house and hearing the heavy wooden door shut with a click behind you but find yourself walking through the very same door few days later.

How the emotions tend to get to you at the weirdest times just because of one tiny little prick. How every little comment which you normally could brush off as a joke seem like a stab into your heart during that particular time of the month.

How some things annoy you but you know it’s not anybody’s fault but your own. How you snap at them in the spur of the moment and regret right after the words came out from your mouth but you can never take them back again.

                                            +                                        +                                 +

On a much lighter note, I think chinese in general can handle pressure very well as they have been trained since they were just a little kid.

How you ask?

Have you ever been into a restaurant where all the tables are filled, waiters are rushing from tables to tables noise buzzing everywhere and you’re trying to get a table for your family. What do you normally do?

You stand behind an unsuspecting family, waiting for them to finish their meal. Glancing at their plates ever so slightly once in awhile trying to figure out how much longer they would take. Pressuring much? =)

So, you’re just with a friend. The two of you sees an empty table, you grab the chair. As you are making yourself comfortable, the waiter sits another couple at your table. So you get one half of the table and they get the other half of the table. Pressuring much?

Okay, I don’t think I am making sense anymore so I shall just end this post. =)

Have a bewitching birthday!

Happy Sexy-licious Seventeen Birthday Baby Bree!

Even though you’re having exams later today but I am sure you’ll be able to find a way to make you birthday a special one against all odds. =)

The girl who has a room painted in pink.
The girl who loves Christopher Pike as much as me.
The girl who writes killer Chinese essays.
The girl who loves beehun soup.
The girl who loves watching movie.

If I were to go on, I would never end this post. Seventeen years ago, on this very date, a baby girl was born. When she was in primary school, she decided to name herself after a girl ghost Briana. How we used to hate each other’s guts in std 6. One phone call in form one changed that forever. How we loathe the girl when we found out the truth about the lies in std 6. How childish the fights seem now.

Remember our first trip together to Penang, how we were so amazed by the sliding door that connected the bathroom and the closet. How you had seasick the whole night while you were sleeping, feeling like you were being on a boat. That time, we had not found out about the goodness of camwhoring. Not much pictures from then.

The sleepovers we used to have back then till we got so sick and annoyed of each other that we wouldn’t speak for a week after that. The time we went to take the Asean Scholarship exam and we spent the whole night talking, ended up screwing the exams the next day. The time we stayed up the whole night fixing a 1000 piece mickey mouse puzzle listening to Vanessa Hudgen’s songs.

Though it wasn’t all flowers and butterflies the whole way through, well, what’s life without a few villains here and there right? We made it through though. How much we are alike when it comes to handling relationship. How we can understand what each other mean and not condemn.

So yeah, to a sister, Happy Birthday!

Regrets never fade

Sometimes,
You just look back and think.
Why did I do that? What was I thinking? How could I be so dumb.

At times,
You just sit down blankly.
You don’t even want to look back and reflect on the mistakes.

Maybe,
Some things are better left unspoken.
Once you show a scar, you face the risk of ripping it again.

If only I worked harder.
If only I tried to do better.
If only I knew what was going to happen.

If only…

Regrets just don’t fade.
