Once Upon A Time

There was once a duck.
A duck named Jill.
Jill loved creating messes in the pond.
Every time Jill comes out of the pond.
The mess slides right off its back.

Then, there was once a bottom feeder.
The bottom feeder was named Mel.
Mel was bought by the farmer to clean the pond.
To clean Jill's messes in the pond.

Mel got tired and stopped cleaning.
The farmer caught it and threw it away.
No new bottom feeder was bought though.

The next day, on the dinner plate was a roasted duck.
