Would you?

Would you do something when you know the
consequences are going to make you suffer?

Would you take the first step,
even if you knew you were going to trip and fall?

Would you take the chance,
even if you knew it would not work out?

Would you risk everything in your possession,
Just to reach that small goal way ahead?

Would you abuse your power to get something,
even if you knew you were going to get into trouble?

Life's about taking chances, taking risks.
Without risk, there would be no results.
Sometimes we do stop and ask ourselves,
Is it really worth all the trouble?

If you never try,
You'll never know.
You might regret for your whole entire life.
You might end up missing opportunities.
You might end up losing everything you had.
You might end up making bigger mistakes.

Of course,
If there was two paths to choose.
You would not choose the path with the wild beast
Or would you?

You most probably would have taken the path
The path with green meadows, butterflies flying, birds chirping.

Why?
Because it seems like the safest route to take.
You rather be safe than sorry.

Beauty is only skin deep.
You might never know what lurks behind these trees.
Behind all the colorful butterflies might be a killer bee.
Hiding under the rocks may be a poisonous snake.

Decisions are hard to make at all times.
Especially when you need to make the right one.
Especially when people are counting on you.
Especially when it involves your future.

So, to risk or not to risk?
That's the question.
