Bangkok Trip : Day 2

IMG_1373
Erawan Temple. Very popular place among the locals.

IMG_1382
Necessities for praying.

IMG_1400
Apparently, you pay this people to dance and chant for you. In order to get better attention from the God.

IMG_1406
Lion Head. Did you know that it is bad luck to touch a Lion’s head before the eyes have been drawn on? :)

IMG_1415
IMG_1446
The temple is located in the busy city area. You can see the Erawan Mall behind it and also LRT moving along.
IMG_1486
Outside of Jatujak Market.

IMG_1605
Piggy Light. I like the devil one. So cute. :)

IMG_1607
Fried quill egg. So adorable right? Fried egg in Thai is Kai Daw. So next time when you head there, you know what to say. :)

The place is like a big gigantic maze. Better grab a map before entering or you will find yourself travelling down the same place again and again. The clothes there are damn awesome and cheap. Not to mention all the arts and crafts stuff. They are all sold at wholesale prices. :)

I heard Today Was A Fairytale playing on the radio when I was in the market. :)

IMG_1627
Headed over to Siam Square after that.

IMG_1630
So cool right?

IMG_1632
Caliente creative.

IMG_1644
Beats any chinese new year decoration here. SO much better than those scary gigantic cats. XP

IMG_1649

IMG_1659
Stewed pork with rice.

IMG_1661
IMG_1666
Mango Sticky Rice. I just love the mango that’s all. :)

IMG_1671
Fried egg with oyster.

IMG_1672
So cute right? :)

IMG_1673
I love my camera. :)

IMG_1674
Crazy right? They actually have this situated at every mall’s entrance. But safe in a way. :)

IMG_1680
This is fried rice you can find at their 7-11 which is all over the place. Not to mention this thing is cheap and damn nice to eat. I wish 7-11 here carried food like this. :)

End of Day 2.

Love,
Nette
